1. Overview

At Machco Solutions, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund and return process for both new and refurbished products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from Machco Solutions.

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery for new products.

  • The return request is made within 3 calendar days of delivery for refurbished equipment.

  • The item is in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used toner cartridges, ink, or consumables (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items returned after the eligible return period.

  • Software, licenses, or digital products once activated or downloaded.


4. Defective or Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or defective upon delivery:

  • Report the issue within 3 calendar days of receipt.

  • We will assess the product, and if confirmed defective, offer:

    • A replacement (if available)

    • A repair, or

    • A full refund (if neither repair nor replacement is viable)

Refurbished units come with a 3-month guarantee, covering parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@machcosolutions.co.za with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund.

Please do not return items without prior authorization.


6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


7. Courier & Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
