2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. For remote or outlying areas, longer delivery times and additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your location is serviceable.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

• Gauteng: 1–3 business days

• Major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, etc.): 2–5 business days

• Remote/Rural areas: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or product availability.

4. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout (for online orders) or quoted during the sales process. Charges depend on:

• Size and weight of the package

• Delivery destination

• Courier service selected

Free delivery may be offered for selected promotions or bulk orders—please enquire.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use these to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Delivery Methods

We use trusted national courier partners for all deliveries. In-store or warehouse collection can be arranged by request.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package during working hours.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order:

• Arrives damaged

• Is incorrect or incomplete

• Has not arrived within the expected timeframe

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@machcosolutions.co.za or call +27 11 420 1499 so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered and signed for. Machco Solutions is not liable for loss or damage after delivery is confirmed.

10. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. For special requests or cross-border orders, please contact us directly to explore options.
