• Refurbished items are clearly labeled and sold with a limited guarantee.

• Payment methods include EFT, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods.

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in full.

• Machco Solutions reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

6. Delivery

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted via direct enquiry.

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our full Refund and Return Policy is available here. Highlights:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days for new and 3 days for refurbished products.

• Items must be in resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Refunds are issued once goods are inspected and approved.

• Consumables are non-refundable once opened, unless defective.

8. Warranty

• New products carry manufacturer warranties as stated.

• Refurbished items come with a 3-month limited guarantee, unless otherwise specified.

• Warranties do not cover misuse, electrical surges, or unauthorised repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Machco Solutions is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

• Delays in delivery due to third-party couriers

• Loss of data, profit, or business arising from the use of our products or services

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of product information but accept no liability for errors or omissions.
